This synchronisation rod is used in conjuction with Tipmatic push to open sets. It ensures the opening mechanism remains in sync, allowing for a larger touch activation zone on the drawer front and preventing any damage that would result if the system became desynchronised.

Note: a synchronisation rod must be used with all Tipmatic sets to ensure the push to open mechanism does not desynchronise. It is recommended that for cabinet widths of >800mm, a support mount is used for the synchronisation rod.
