Plastic lower track
This popular system features tracks for insertion into 6.3mm grooves. No Screws are used for fixing the track to the cabinet. Used generally for in-built cupboards the track carries rollers incorporating stainless steel axels can carry doors up to 50kg. Trenches are made for a tap-in fit of the upper and lower PVC tracks. The doors are placed on the lower track and the locating lug of the upper catch is clicked up into the upper track. Each door fitting features measurements to assist installation. This system uses the light duty upper track to enable smooth action for the head guides.
